Each family pays two categories of fees:
Annual Family Registration fee (per family) + Class Supply Fees (per student)
Annual Family Registration Fee
Our co-op balances participation, support, and convenience. The annual family registration fee supports operations and gives all children in the family access to both the Enrichment Semester and Inspiration Semester. These fees are due at our summer parent meeting in July. Each family pays the level that fits their involvement:
-
Volunteer Teaching Families $140/year For parents who actively teach during the Enrichment Semester. This discounted rate reflects your classroom contribution
-
Volunteer Families $200/year For parents who support the co-op by organizing Inspiration Semester events, including field trips, guest speakers, special projects, or park/hike meetups. This rate acknowledges your valuable contributions outside the classroom.
-
Drop-Off Families $275/year For parents who prefer to drop off their high school students. This level allows your children to enjoy all co-op activities with flexibility for your schedule. We still welcome drop-off families to volunteer to host co-op events, though no discount is offered.
Class Supply Fees (supply fees are paid PER STUDENT)
Enrichment Semester
K-8th Grade Students - $40 per student for Enrichment Semester classes
High School Students - $TBD per student for Enrichment Semester classes (for high school students, some classes may be contracted out to different instructors, which will change class supply fees. Parents will be given final determination at parent meeting in July)
Current Estimate: $50 per student for Finance, $X per student for Current Events, and $X per student for Creative Arts
Inspiration Semester
There is no supply fee for the spring Inspiration Semester, however, parents should assume responsibility for any field trip costs that may come up.
